Ladies,

Any one of you have any comment on the Mares Frontier Vera BC? A friend of mine has just bought hers prematurely and after OW classes decided that diving's not her thing. She's selling the BC to me - but would like some feedback before committing to buying the BC.

Help Please!

I had one also, and sold it. It is a very good BC, but I am short 4'11" and the cumber bun was very low and did not fit right. In addition, I had to go with a large for the proper fit for my chest (36DD) and that was a mistake everything else was too big. I finally found a Dacor Xtremelle with air trim that fit perfectly. It also comes with a vest that attaches to the BC so no rubbing. The Dacor also has trim pouches, which the Mares did not have. The price was very cheap for a new vest at one of the on line auction sites. If you lose one of the Mares IWP's be prepared to pay Mares $79 for new ones. They only sell them in pairs. The Dacor's are $25.
