Check the sizing with Bare's women's wetsuits; they come in a LOT of different sizes and use ladies' dress sizes (8, 10, 12) etc in petite and tall versions, rather than the generic "small/medium/large". If you get her to measure, and compare those measurements to the sizing charts, you should get a pretty good idea of whether one of their available sizes would be a good fit for her.

Check out Truli, out of Canada - they specialize in women's fits - my wife had one for a while. Small company so reach out and discuss sizing/availability with them is probably best - their sizing is not standard (by design). Truli Wetsuits - Women's wetsuits for all water sports.
Mia (the owner) is a friend of ours, a really great person, and she's a legit cold water diver. We have lady friends that really love her wetsuits. I think she could probably help you out...

Greetings,
My lady friend is short and plump and finding a wet suit that fits is impossible? Just getting back into diving and nothing fits. We rented suits that were a man's large that fit around her midsection but was way too long. We dove and had fun so I guess that worked. Bought a cheapo suit online that was a woman's large so it was tall and slender, a no go!
Any suggestions on getting something that fits? Not sure of the cost of a custom fit suit but we are strictly recreational divers and very infrequent ones at that. We are getting close to retirement so hopefully with more free time we can dive more. Also have some questions on BC's fits for women since she's using one of my old medium sized stab jackets.
Thanks in advance
If you are still looking for a suit, my wife has a 3/5mm to give away. She is 5'3", 225 pounds.

Maybe I'm a bit late to the party, but I'm very happy with my camaro wetsuit. They do offer queensizes for several of there models. I've got one of those and putting on my wetsuit is a breeze.
