I'm blue ! Finally ! Arrived yesterday afternoon, checked in the Hotel Pepita downtown, bought a cell phone from Telcel, had dinner at my friends' place, lunch today at Sabores (yummy !), dinner at Los Otates. Tomorrow looking for an appartment to rent for 2 months. No diving till I'm settled but life is good.

Glad you made it!!!..re Los Otates, you were the one that told us about it, that afternoon on the ride back from the East Side(think Sam & I said we'd remember it as lotsa tata's).....see you next week, you better be blowing bubbles by then....

I think I had the eyeball muscle tacos---I mean, being an eye doctor it was kinda down my alley....now I'm not too hungrey..

Tried the tripes once, crunchy on the outside and tasty but I'm sticking to tacos l pastor and quesadillas from now on... they're my addiction. Doubt I'll be on the boat next week, I need to get in shape a bit and do a few shore dives first to get used to my new equipment. Recently bought a BP/W from DSS and a reg, want t make sure everything is set up perfectly before I drop in 90 feet of water. Will definitely drop by to see you at the villa or if you want to meet in town.

Finally! And I'm almost done packing too. Has to be a personal record for me. My wife will likely faint when she gets home and sees that I'm ready to go already. I don't usually finish packing until about 1 AM.

Diving and weather have been perfecto all week. Bottom temp 77-81F and topside low 70s in the morning to low 80's in the afternoon. Very sad to be flying home tomorrow

Woohoo, on the island and have Paseo de Cedral and Paradise under our belts already. Dinner last night at Las Otates and tonight was El Pique. So good to be back here in paradise. Villa Blanca is great as always.
