The landing I use is a half tide or more landing and I'd like to find a better one. Anyone know of any? Thanks

accessable at low tide? Thanks!

I saw one last weekend on the way into Beverly. I'm not sure what it was or how to get to it; but it was _huge_. Two ramps probably 75+ feet wide. We passed them at low tide and they were being used...

I bet Undersea Divers would know.

There is a boat ramp on winter island in salem,ma. It has good parking in the early am which i,m sure is good with you. The boat ramp is in the state park so you would have to pay or parking and limits hours with a gate. The nice thing there is they have bathrooms with hot showers and outdoor facets for rinsing gear.

ps if looking down ramp avoid right side at low tide there is a big rock. and the ramp is plenty wide for two boats at a time.

.

It is usable at low tide if your boat is not that big. The only problem I have seen is there is a drop at the end of the ramp in the water and if you go back to far the tire of the trailer will drop not a problem if the tire can roll back up but usually the boat can come of the trailer before this happens. It would be a judgement call. My father in law has done it several times.

Thanks for the help!:)

Did you go and use the ramp at winter island? Just like to here other peoples opinions. What did you think?

I love it! My wetsuit wearing buddies like the showers and it's only a 5-10 minute ride out to my scallop spots. I went Friday and we had a great time. I'm thinking of getting a camping spot sometime and doing a couple of dive days. It won't be for a bit since I'm scalloped out right now. They're always more fun to catch underwater than they are when you get topside and realize how many you have to clean. Sigh....:D
