Marathon FL 18-20 May

I will be down in Marathon for a school 18-20 May, will have afternoons and nights off to dive and really would love to get in the water. Anyone have any recommendations for me, I am driving down from Miami Airport on the 17th and back out on the 21st. Any information would be great, this is one area I have never had an opportunity to dive.

Last Sept, I had a decent experience with Dive Duck Key which is located on the north/east end of Marathon in the Hawks Cay resort. You don't have to stay at the resort to use the dive operator. The captain of the boat, the DM the guy that works in the little shop were all great. We only dove the shallow reefs and did pretty well hunting for bugs (thanks to the captain for finding good spots!) but missed the Thunderbolt wreck which I really wanted to dive.

Captain Hooks is who I would recommend, however the weather has been pretty crappy for diving..
