Greg aka kanonfodr had extended me an invitation to come stay in Oahu with him and dive. I finally took him up on his offer and had a fantastic time. We went out on several boat trips with Island Divers Hawaii. I would highly recommend them. Their trip leaders are very experienced divers and knowledgeable about the dive sites. One of the DM's was Larry who took great pictures of the dives. I think my favorite dive site by boat was fantasy reef. I did 2 dives there. The sea turtles are amazing!
My favorite dive site was Shark Cove. It's quite a hike if you are dragging 2 tanks down for a sidemount rig, but well worth the effort IMHO. I would kill to have this dive site in my backyard.
