I've stayed at Divers Lodge Lembeh and found it good value.
On Bunaken there seems to have been changes in ownership and management recently of a number of places, and some not for the better, either with increased prices or with less attention to diving and more to jet-skiing, parasailing and the massive Chinese tourism influx. So read up carefully and assess full costs. It may look cheaper til you find that you are on a boat with 20+ non-swimming snorkelers clinging to a raft and no-one really interested or experienced to guide your dive.
