Is solo diving permitted in Maclearie Park, Belmar New Jersey? I can't find a yes or No answer. I solo dive the Delaware River every weekend and am board of freshwater.

The answer is yes you can solo. There is no Dive Police - the ocean is an open playground. You dive you take on the risk.
Other than Dutch or Round Valley - where you need to check in with a dive buddy - that is one of their requirements to dive at their location. Even at Dutch you can dive Solo with a card and a beacon...

@Basking Ridge Diver is 100% correct. I do it regularly - you must have a dive flag. There are Dive Police for that.

Thanks, that's what I thought. I just didn't want to drive 2 hours and not be able to dive.
