I am looking for an otolaryngologist or otologist in the New Jersey/New York area with a specialty in (or at least solid familiarity and experience with) scuba-related injuries . I thought this would be easier, but I've spoken with every ENT I can find and most cannot even spell "barotrauma," much less know what it means. If anyone knows of such a doc, I'd greatly appreciate getting his/her contact info. Thanks!

Call DAN and see if they have anyone they can refer you to?

I'm a pediatric ENT doc, but I do see a number of divers. Happy to take a look. If there is something major that requires surgery (like a perilymph fistula) I would probably send you to a buddy in adult otology.

DM me if you like. I am out of town this week, but happy to chat.

Hmmm...says I can't DM until I make 5 posts. This is #2...

Number 3...hope this works.
