MA100 Fusion same as Tilos M580?

Anybody know for sure if the XS Scuba MA100 Fusion mask:

Is the same thing as the Tilos M580?

They certainly look the same in pictures.

That mask is marketed and branded by a large number of scuba companies. It is also available as a "generic".
