I seem to have lost one of my Sherwood Scuba Avid weight pockets in about 10 feet of water at the Breakwater. It had about 9lbs of lead in it.

The sad thing is that I did not even know it had fallen out until after the dive. If anybody finds it please contact me. I kind of want it back!

Which side of the Breakwater were you diving? By the Pier/jetty or the otherside (towards the aquarium). I am diving there this weekend and will keep an eye out for it.

As well, you might wish to call Aquarius as they often get found gear in there.

you and about ten other divers that day have lost gear every time i dive there i come back with more gear than i started with. the best thing to do is just go snorkeling in the shallows and you will find gear especially if it is a sunday after all the dive classes. i will keep an eye out for one the next time i dive there. my guess is that if you dive a couple of time you will find one or at-least some lead or a couple mask and snorkels good luck.

Anyone who has come home with a minty Suunto SK-7 compass--or various bags of sea pearls--may use with my blessing.

The usual protocol is to turn in lost and found to the nearest LDS.... But then again if you do not have any markings on your stuff it would be hard t get back to you....

Remember Day 1 or OW..... Break out the sharpie and mark your stuff!
