Just dive safely. Anyway my recommendation does not change about the MK-21. I think it is the closest to what you are looking for.

I could easily put together a MK 9 for you and pack it with O2 safe grease. As mentioned before, a MK 9 is the same reg as a MK 10 without the swivel turret. PM me if you're interested.
