webhead:
So are you looking to learn about penetration diving? Does PADI teach a wreck penetration class? There are a couple good books on the subject to learn about the concerns/dangers. If you want to do some serious inside wreck stuff, you may want to find a good cave instructor and take that class. He should be able to sign you off on wrecks too since the cave is more advanced. At least this use to be true.

I love it when people don't take the time to read a thread before jumping in!!!

webhead has a point......IMHO I think taking a cavern course would be an excellent way to start that trip. Gets you used to an overhead enviroment and gives you an idea of what wreck penetration is like on a very mild scale. When Mike get the wreck seminar going that in itself will provide you a ton of information that you can use as you progress in the field if you so choose.

Hi guys-
Sorry I keep going AWOL on you, but I have some more pressing issues right now. I really want to do this, but I have a SC deep trip this weekend, a GA trip the weekend after, another SC deep trip after that, and somewhere in between those trips I need to prepare for a 2-week deep expedition to Greece.
I don't want to do this half-***, so I would like to plan an agenda and get everything set up instead of just winging it.
I am just as eager to pass this information on as it appears you guys are to learn it. Hope you understand and can give me a bit more time to prepare for everything.
Cheers,
Mike

That sounds cool. I wish I had your dive schedule! When you get time and you put an agenda together just keep us in mind. I'm sure it'll be a good program. Dive safe, talk to ya soon.
