I have been searching without success for an instructor in Puerto Rico who can offer the solo (SSI) or self-reliant diver (PADI) certification. Will be there in a couple of weeks and thought I would be able to get the certification while I am there, but unable to find anyone who can offer it. Any leads greatly appreciated. Photographer and experienced sidemount diver already.
