I have an old double hose reg and strange small steel tank. I would like to know of any websites that I could use to educate my self on the value of this equipment. I am also looking for any tips on how and where to sale the equipment.

Post some photos here. We have an active and very knowledgable group of vintage divers, no doubt we can identify it and give you some idea of value . The value of DH regs varies quite a lot depending on what brand and model it is. Photos of the tank with good shots of any numbers that are on it should make IDing it fairly easy. Offering them for sale here, on Vintage Double Hose or Ebay are your best options for selling them.
