what have you decided, Rick? where are you going diving in the PI?
Why don't you checkout these websites and see if they have one available for the dates you like.

http://www.seaquestdivecenter.net/view-articles.html?aID=12 - their March 19th is full, but April 2nd is available.
These 2 don't have any published schedules, but you can certainly ask them.

I'd also try contacting Booboy Mancao of Liquid Assets +63 32 2546359 if he has any safaris scheduled.

We are flying into Cebu for the second week, with have not decide whether to spend the week at Alona Beach, or try to do Moalboal or ??? Have some tenative reservations, but nothing firmed up yet.
Any suggestions??

3-4 days in Bohol and 2 in Cebu (Moalboal), Rick. Also, Cebu has ferries to Southern Leyte.
Yes, that is what I will probably do. I am thinking about going to Moalboal first, then down to Alona Beach, and then take the ferry on Bohol over to southern Leye. Does this make sense? How do I get to Alona Beach from Moalboal??

I would suggest you do Bohol first, cross by ferry to Cebu and travel by van/car to Moalboal . Travel back to Cebu to take the ferry to Leyte. AFAIK, Cebu is where the ferries to Southern Leyte come from.

I dived with them last year, got picked up in Mactan off Cebu straight from the airport, hopped on a bangka and had 4 days of awesome diving, ending up on Panglao, Bohol.
They'll sort out an itinerary for whatever you want to do, places you want to dive etc. - Can't reccommend them any higher
