looking for Dallas area sites?

Hi all I'm going to the Dallas area next weekend and looking to dive wile i'm their.
My question is are their place's do dive and can you dive the lakes?

Yes, you can dive the lakes. Most of them are shallow, all of them are murky and some of them are dangerous due to the drunken boater ratio. Best bet for a dip is probably Clear Springs Scuba Park. It's about 45 minutes east of downtown Dallas, outside Terrell.

Other possibilities:
Lake Texoma, Eisenhower State Park
Possum Kingdom Lake (boat probably needed)
Lake Murray, Oklahoma
