You could also try EZ Spring Fin Straps. I think they'll run you about $25 online. They're quick and easy to install.

I think the problem is moot.
Now my wife is talking about a new set of fins, and we'll figure it out when she gets done spending her money on that.
Silly me, I'm still using the same fins I certed in. Hers are somehow out of style.
