Looking for a place in the Caribbean to go to

I am looking at the following destinations to go to in mid January:

Dominican Republic
Aruba
Curacao

Any suggestions of good places to dive at? I'm looking at doing an All Inclusive trip, but diving is high on my list with other activities and water sports.
