Longest time before DCI symptoms?

Just wondering about this...

In theory or by past documentation, what is the longest amount of time that could pass between exiting the water and feeling DCI symptoms when there is no flying home or driving into higher altitude?

I am not aware of anything documented for DCS longer than 24 hours if a change in altitude was not experienced.
