Do either of the above recommendations work with both windows and iOS? I have been using diviac. I like that it's cloud based and accessible from multiple platforms but fine the user inputs a bit awkward.

Fwiw, I just got a shearwater Perdix and it do s not appear that I can use their app on iOS.

If the perdix you got is the AI, then Divemate is the only one that i know that currently supports downloading to Android/IOS. I can then export the log to other programs. It does have a feature to export to dropbox.

Subsurface supports Win, Mac, Linux, IOS and Android. Very active development community, 3 updates this year.

It supports local or cloud based data storage (free) so you can sync across multiple devices. It supports just about every computer out there, it supports logging your dives if you don't have a computer, it lets you plan multi-level dives, it supports multiple users and multiple computers (which is great if you plan to upgrade/change your computer ever simultaneously, you can add photos to your dive log. Very easy and intuitive to use. Lots of features and if you come up with a good idea, it may make it into the product for others to benefit.

The development community provides great support, usually within a matter of hours.

The project originator is none other than Mr Linus Torvalds, the creator of Linux. He is still very active with it, but doesn't "run" the program anymore.

I'm not involved with the project, I just like the product.

Another vote for divelog for IOS on the iPhone and diving log which runs on both android and pc.
They will exchange logs via Bluetooth.
Generally I download on the PC, and transfer the log to the iPhone.

Because I dive CCR and OC, it's nice to have a programmer that will talk to the different dive computers.

I use the diving log on both the PC and android, using Dropbox to synchronize between the two devices.

I have a Puck Pro. I have tried PADI's Scuba Earth, subsurface and whatever came with the Puck. Subsurface is, by far, the best. It also has a mobile app that works well. I have an iPhone. I don't know about Andriod comparability.
Run away from Scuba Earth. It is a disgrace. I think my laptop has more computing power than PADI's server. I am also unsure if PADI does anything to support their program anymore. It's also buggy as a Florida swamp.

DiveLog for iOS has supported the Perdix and Perdix AI since before they were officially released by Shearwater. We have worked with them to be able to demo their Bluetooth downloading capabilities. They have been very supportive.

Can I access DiveLog from PC as well as my iOS hardware?

Trying to figure out if I can upload all my previous dive logs from a DATA file
