I just don't log dives
The Lofoten islands are absolutely amazing. Unfortunately I haven't been diving there, only sailing and rock climbing. Amazing visibility, lots of whales, heaps of big fish and very few people. Water temperature would be in the 7-12 C range all year. Obviously, there are no night dives in the summer.

Narvik is close and has excellent wreck diving.
