Yesterday (July 25th, 2010) my wife and I dove in one of the small reservoirs North of Fort Collins. Despite the limited visibility of 6 - 8 feet, we saw many fish including blue gill, a few very curious and seemingly well fed carp, and schools of what looked like perch. The water temperature was 67 degrees on the surface and 55 degrees at 25 feet. We were plenty warm with our 3mm wet suits and had a great time.

Private, but there are other reservoirs close by that are public and probably have similar diving conditions.
