I don't recall the guy running the Nekton ops posting at all while his woes were going on.....

That is correct, which speaks volumes to me.....
 
Well, I have. I'm more interested in why we haven't heard from the management of the company, even if it's "We're in a dispute, we're running while the dispute sorts itself out."


but if they did post something like 'no worries, it's all hugs and puppydogs over here, now move along please', would you necessarily believe it ? Given the typical expense of a Galapagos liveaboard trip, my standards for passing the 'smell' test are fairly high.
 
According to an email I received from Buddy Dive management today, the ship yard and Buddy Dive are in litigation in Equador and the Supreme court ordered the posters removed prior to this news hitting SB. Their boats are in full operation.
