That would definitely not be the correct answer for SB to give to any user with an issue (unless the other half of the answer is "we are working to resolves the issues".
Actually, it is more like I was too lazy to M-quote all the posts and copy them to this thread. One of the reasons I said I was OK with merging the threads this morning. For some reason this thread has more posts, and the other thread has more "official" stuff from Howard. I also noted an announcement at the top of Site Support that has more information.
