No I've got my laptop connected to a satellite feed on the bangka... :joke: using my crackberry... The entire bay has good cell phone (gprs) coverage...
3pm dive canned. Doing a 5pm mandarin dive. Will do my best to spook them for Larry and Tim. Or just cut them up with my knife after I get some good shots...

better ask them. as far as i recall, there is an existing ordinance banning scuba. the tourism secretary was featured in a show a couple of months back explaining the reason for banning scuba in donsol.
