my friends company just got ripped off by someone using a credit card from the US and shipping the items overseas, they've probably been burned and don't want to have it happen again.

we have seen that a lot in tech mail order (computer memory, harddrives, etc..) where you are told to buy it on your credit card and send it to [insert your corrupt country here] with the expectation that they are going to send you a money order or something. Yeeeeaaaa... people DO fall for that.
