I also want to know what's the difference between a hi-qual dry torch and dive torch?I eager to know that!!!

the question is simple for answer ... it must be balanced in all direction . That also means that it is not desirable no exaggeration in any extreme direction .

- aquatory :
beam projection , light power , beam color

- battery :
mission , consumption and redundancy

- weight & size :
neutral in water ( not only neutral but it must be capable to hold position (weight center ))

- construction :
balanced between price / used materials / mechanical resistance / pressure resistance

- electrical :
power efficient , well chosen components , very good cooling

- management :
KISS (keep it super simple )

- maintenance and spare parts :
available

- lamp spec , R&D :
lamp meets standards from industry ( please not only anodization in MIL standards ) , you have right on lamp spec ( lux ( on profile ) , lumen report ( true report ) , light colour , battery capability and driver performance

In general a very few companies know what is their product and know all data .

Most of tests made with diving lamp is ''comparison style '' but not lab. type with defined background and the known distance thus ''on the fly style '' mostly in nature with many environment variables.

In that case is problem you have no reference point , what is for producer in most cases favorable.

Also no ''lab tests '' are made in clean water what is natural enviroment for diving lights ( distortion of the beam , heat exchange , cooling batteries )

Copying lamps is an industry standard, but is also copied completely false construction, which is beaten by an ordinary physical laws which operate under water.

Copying error leads to degeneration RNA of original and produces spawn ..... most visible among Chinese products

That's why are diving lights like '' black hole ''
misunderstood and overestimated .
