I was actually about to order the DL08, but the DL03 with the laser also appeals to me. The D08 is significantly brighter, and you can switch between spot and flood. Is that also possible with the D03?

Not for th same use ...
DL08 is a video light (133°) with a "technical" mode (12°)
DL03 is a "technical" (...) light (26°) without any video mode.

in "technical" mode, DL08 is NOT significantly brighter than DL03, it's the opposite

here are my surface measurements with "technical mode", in Lux at 1m distance

under 5000 lux, no interest in diving.

Thanks for clarifying that! Besides the DL03, is there another lamp that I might have overlooked and that could be interesting for my purposes (main lamp for fun dives)?

I really like the DL02:
same form factor as the DL03
with better autonomy at full power
top autonomy with just a lower power level (+2h30)
narrower beam (although still too wide for my practise)
