Le Chef now serving breakfast!

Many of you know that Le Chef is in my top two list of favorite places to eat on the island. Why? Cleanliness, variety, quality, atmosphere, healthy choices, friendly service, and gourmet-ish food at not so gourmet-ish prices

Eduardo will be serving breakfast now from 8:00am to noon Tuesday through Saturday...too late for most divers, but a perfect brunch style breakfast on your last day before heading off to the airport. The menu is currently a set menu at $95 pesos. This will make you hungry!

All breakfast items include coffee or tea, fresh orange or grapefruit juice, fresh fruit, potato croquette, homemade biscuits and your choice of the following:

Le Chef
Poached Egg served over Asparagus and proscuitto
with chive-perzemollo dressing

Croque Madame
Cheddar cheese, swiss cheese and black forrest ham sandwich
topped with poached egg

Florentino
Poached egg served with toast, spinach, bacon and
cambozola mushroom sauce

Salmon
Poached egg served on Salmon toast
with horseradish cream sauce

Omelettes

Le Chef
Red, green, and yellow sweet peppers with
avocado and chile serrano sauce

Black Forrest and Cheese
Cheddar, gruyere and black forrest ham with chives and perzemollo dressing

Florentino
Spinach, bacon and cambozola mushroom sauce

Salmon
Smoked salmon and capers with horseradish cream sauce

Sunday: closed
Mondays: 6:00pm to 11:00pm
Tuesday through Saturday: 8:00am to 11:00pm

Actually, just as good an idea is to have them prepare a box lunch and take it to the airport. Beats the junk available at the airport and on the plane. I do think you have it right in ranking them in the top two restaurants on the island. Thanks for the information.

I plan on returning-just took a great leap of faith and bought new gear-after 15 years I've gotten my money out of the first round-now I have to wear out the new gear before I wear out:blinking:
