Can I send you my Pony when it’s in need of a fill?
I fill ponies for free too... for no other reason than "it's not much air" and 99% of them aren't breathing or filling the pony frequently. Now you show up with more ponies than regular tanks then I have to make a judgement call. It's not official policy to fill them for free.. I just do it
 
Yes, I am intimately aware of this. I run a local shop. Did the local shop not have something that fit his needs?
There are no local shops stocking these integrated valve/regulator combos.
 
and fyi, europe has 300 bar steel tanks that would nominally be 4350 psi service pressure.
And our EU valves have no burst disk. We consider them very dangerous on scuba tanks...
