I went with the Legend.
Reasons:
1) First stage almost the same as a 100 or 200 series (comparable for sure).
2) Octo is nicer for my purposes (bungied/long house setup).

I'd cast my vote for the Legend. I have the Legend LX with the Legend Octo. It is a fabulous regulator. I chose it over the Apeks.
