My thinking is that we are here on Scuba Board, we should chat SCUBA.

RTBDiver and many others here and I are all common buds on other forums where these and many other issues are openly discussed among those of us who are no longer just tourists. Nothing to do with the diving. All to do with ego.

I believe it will be better for our dialog (not simply a mention) about expat improvements to be restricted to those forums.

Happy bubbles!!

If this is truly the way you feel then why did you post
Do come and dive Las Islas de la Bahia before the expat developers make too many more “improvements

And why do you continue to evade the questions asking for some clarification?

It's my personal feelings. I liked the island much more when there were fewer cars, taxis air conditioners and cruise ships, less strain on the infrastructure and so on. It's changed a lot with the rapid influx of expats and mainlanders both of which bring their own ideas of what the society should look like. My comment had nothing to do with you or your business or specifically with any business venture on the island. I just miss the days when it was a lesser known haven for divers and we had closer contact with the islanders and their culture. How did the old song go? "They closed paradise and put up a parking lot"

Thanks for that. WSJ was the leader of all the mainstream media that mostly got it right about the events in Honduras in the last half of last year. If I remember correctly, Business Weekly and other such outlets did a few good pieces as well. Course, none of these are just collections of pictures and video...one would actually have to read and research (maybe even in Spanish...oh my!) to get to the truth.
