How much room should it leave?

So I already printed this (attached) out and cut the 80 and 90 holes.

bare hands, thumb bent testing:

For 80mm: my hand can not pass through unobstructed. I can still squeeze it through. But it's touching the sides and is pretty "snug".
For 90mm: can pass through freely, with visible, but not big, gap on the side.

For diving conditions:
Will use latex seal and I don't usually wear any gloves.
But I do want to maintain the ability to wear the kubi dry gloves, which has a liner.

Does this mean I should get the 90?
Thanks!

When I was sizing my hand for the Kubi rings, my hand was just touching as I passed it through the 90mm hole. When I wear the dry gloves with liners, the widest part of my hand goes through with a small amount of contact on the ring. I'm sure the 80mm would have been difficult for my hand with liner on to pass through. Your description of the fit being "pretty snug", without a liner on, for the 80mm, would suggest that the 90mm is the one to go with.
