For legal reasons I us medical grade oxygen. I get my emergency oxygen tanks filled with medical grade oxygen at Airgas. It appears their closest store to 92223 isWhere in my area can I get these filled?

at some places yes. they don't all seem to do that.Or a provider cert. When I got mine filled I just showed the shop my provider card. In some states having that bottle without the provider card or rx is the same as a bottle of morphine.
