All joking aside...I want to look like this guy:

AND...I want that music in my head while doing the frog kick...

So do I ... tall, thin, and much younger ... ;)

How far could she possibly get on a coffee table?

... as far as she wants to, I suspect ...

Practicing this on the floor in front of a favorite show, with fins on, builds up the appropriate muscles. If you have a mirror to place, that would be great, too.

I ... :shocked2: :blinking: :D ... don't think I'll go there ... way too much TWSS material in this thread for so early in the morning ... :kiss2:

have to agree with Bob. too early for clever quips.

Jeni, just keep it up once your under water you will feel it. mimic the vid, clap your fins so you can feel them touch and finish the stroke. You will be fine. mean time, the bed, the table, the floor all build good muscle for you under water.

remember to waterproof the table before going to open water...

@ about the 2 minute mark (with the flutter kick going), the guy looks a little too heavy----he needs to ?maybe get some buoyancy training going........;)

You mean the part where he is showing how swimming near the bottom is typically done incorrectly by most divers ( the audio explains this) :-)
