Just did my second confined water day... and have my open water next weekend. Am loving it already though. Looking forward to Cozumel in July!

You will have a blast in Cozumel. Just did that in March. One of the reasons why I got my OW and did my Advanced last month...more diving this summer in the Caymans.. Good luck and have fun!!!

Welcome fellow Northern Virginian. My wife and I are also recently certified and did our Open water certification dives at Millbrook Lake, a quarry near Rte 15 and I-66. Our first dives outside our certification were in Sint Maarten and Saba. It was great there. We snorkeled in Cozumel this past spring and given how good the snorkeling was, I am sure the scuba diving will be great. Enjoy!
