Nah, I think he is worth more dead than alive. You're going to have to go the insurance route...No offense Oxy, but we sure need a big dive boat..:D

(You know, take one for the team) :D

THis was golfer Greg Normans "dive boat". Aussie Rules.

I think he sold it though. I had lots of dive toys on board.

apparently neither of them got the memo that marine diesel was $5/gallon....

(or they are so filthy rich, it just doesn't matter...)

Ironically both of them got rich hitting a little white ball around a field with a club. go figure huh?

Ah they don't give a crap about gas prices! Don't buy a BMW if you can't afford new tires... Those boats cost over 10 million each, I'll bet they don't even think about the gas prices. Where their $$ goes it to the staff that mans the boat fulltime (most likely)

Golf is a sadistic sport.
You wait till a guy is too old then you hand him a heavy bag
Send him out on a hot day to play a game that involves
strokes and sudden death.:rofl3:

Yeah they don't worry about fuel prices, they mention business while out and call it a business trip and write it off.

I am not a fan of golf, it's too frustrating to me. So I prefer to shoot them at the skeet range instead of clays! He he he!

PULL!

Now that is a challenge!

Eh, Why not. I'm trying the insurance route to get equipped:eyebrow:
But don't be surprised if all you get is a lil dingy :rofl3:

I still bet gas(diesel) is their greatest expense over labor. I mean your talking about engines that burn 45 gallons (+/-) per hour, EACH. Multiply that times 2 engines, then times $5/gallon.

I read an article that for a $5 million boat that it could easily cost $1 million a year to operate it (fuel, crew, expenses, etc).

Don't forget to include the cost of the private Gulfstream Jets (or other) that they own to take them to their private yatchs. That's a whole other cost factor.
