St Andrews is a state park at Panama City Beach, Florida. It is a large park with camping, etc. The jetties enclose a small pool of water that looks almost like a large swimming pool on a nice sandy beach. You go beyond this and dive on the outer wall of the jetties. There is alot of beautiful sealife there.

from the parking lot, there is a tidal pool just inside the jetty wall. Folks dive the channel side of the jetty wall just on the other side of the tidal pool.
Like Denise said, it's a state park. Farily nice. THey have a small dive shop on site that is mostly snorkel gear and tank rentals, but most caters to t-shirt, ice cream, and float/tube sales. It's pretty popular as a div site though and has a couple pavillsions to gear up in.
The parking lot filled up this past weekend if that'll give you a note of how popular it is, but most were just beach goers, not divers.
entrance fee is $5/car load of people.

i won't be spending money till after i get back from ft. lauderdale.
But keep me informed of other chances to dive. I plan on diving every other weekend this summer... Now with nitrox can easily get 3 dives a day in.
