first off... welcome to the board. no matter what some MODs might say, we really are a friendly and inclusive bunch. as you may have noticed, we joke, a lot. but, we are always willing to include fresh meat, er, I mean, new people to our group.

that being said, I think your post needs addressing.....

So, to summarize what I've learned today:

1. Denise is sweeter than Chocolate (according to at least one member-you know who you are)

yeah, but the rest of us are left scratching our heads. unless you are talking about denise herself. she is full of flattery, for herself.

2. Denise is not that sweet and there's proof

ok, I doubt it took you too much reading to come to this conclusion. gold star, front of the class!

3. Deep Dixie Divers use cast iron skillets to assault other Deep Dixie Divers

not true. ONE person threatened. the threat was never carried out. so not only does she talk alot. it's also all hot air.

4. egg = good girl

again, you are listening to her propaganda again. think more like this... egg, goes bad when not refridgerated... summer is here, she goes outside a lot.....
and when she finally cracks (which, is not long now), well, lets just say you will be better off underwater.

this board is definitely bipolar. I should fit in just fine.

Do you have any clue what kind of water temp I might be in for a month from now in the Destin area?

instead of 'egg', call her 'Eggy'.


Water temps in the gulf right now are about 66f from reports I've heard 2 weeks ago. Up to low 70's in more recent reports.

So it should be pretty warm. expect next month to be in the upper 70's to mid 80's depending on when next month you go.

Blame on that "Global Warming Thing".


Water temp at Panama City at Station PCBF1 is 73f today.

well, I do appreciate all of the info regarding water temperature. Once I get this certification completed, I'll have to schedule a few trips down there. I have a feeling Florida will come calling fairly frequently.

My only question is, in this whole new diving community scene that I'm jumping into, can I expect carton after carton of deniseastereggs, or is this an isolated case? I have to figure how safe it truly is down there.
