Not one inch ,,,,,when the FWC only counts the Lionfish's Tail ! Used my sharp kitchen scissors and chomped 17 tails off the LFs today. Our catch was inspected on the way in by officer AJ Harris and officer P Efeo. FWC L.E.O.'s are strong supporters of Florida's lionfish tournament.

Conditions today were 1 - 2 ft seas, easy 1 knot bottom current but surface current was triple and ripping the flag out of our hands. 70 ft of viz, but a small upwelling moved in at 72° while we were in 95 ft of water. Biggest LF today was 16 inches and the smallest was 3 inches.

The guy at the wheel checked us at the dock a week ago. He was really professional and personable.
