The one bedroom also has a couch that turns into a bed.

The 3 bedroom can have a roll away cot. It's huge at 250 sqm.

The two bedroom villa can take in 2 per room and at $125 per night that would just be $32 each. At the current exchange rate of say P48 to a dollar, this would be P1,540.

Exactly Caloy and the place is 140 sqm! Each bedroom has it's own bathroom with a large tub and shower. Full kitchen, DVD, TV MP3 and big balcony, not to mention a pool outside your door. That is a pretty good deal.
