Hmmm tomorrows 4/20 why does that seem significant?

I use to live in Arcata - Humboldt County - the mother ship of Hippies. 4/20 was perhaps one of the biggest holidays of the year. At 4:20 on 4/20 all of the the streets & parks would be filled with a very strange smell -- the cops all stayed at home I think.

Only to bust speeding california tourists from farther down south & make a bit of $$. If you tell them your a local they usually smile & let you go .
