Both Smirnoff vodka and Captain Morgan white and spiced rums are licensed and made in Bali... therefore no import taxes. They will run you less than $25 us a liter (Yes, I know still expensive. Is what it is). Both taste fine with mixers and are the best prices you will find in Indonesia. I recommend tonic and lime.
