We have 3 guys leaving from Jacksonville, Fl Sunday evening to go Venice Beach to Megladon tooth dive a ours the Aristakat. We will drive back Monday. Will be staying in a cheap hotel.
It's a 3 tank dive on Monday, we may hit a wreck and do 2 tooth dives. If you are not familiar the dive is around 20' with minimal current, you search (and find) tons of shark teeth and fossils. It's a very easy dive for those new to the sport and is just a really fun treasure hunt. I've dive with Aristakat and Capt. Jamie numerous times and it is always a safe and fun trip. My daughter found a 6 3/4" meg on her first open water dive out of training. The cost is $130 with tanks, $100 if you bring your own.
