I made it out to Cave Adventurers bright and early at 8:00am for some dives at Jackson Blue. The reason I got there so early was to allow some time for Edd to configure my new dual bladder Nomad (I am still diving wet). Denisegg arrived soon after me and we spent the time talking about her adventures from the day before. Once Edd was finished Denise and I raced over to Jackson Blue and I got in with my Nomad. I felt very feet heavy and was having some trouble trimming out. During the entire dive I felt like I was struggling to try to get into a trimmed position. I was diving with Scubapro Jet fins and I figured that they were the culprit. Luckily, Denise had had a pair of Dive Rite fins that worked out great and by my second dive I was trimmed out. This dive was really relaxing and I started to really enjoy this new configuration. I had a great time diving with Denise as always and I look forward to getting my Nomad wet again soon.

Right on Walter, glad you are enjoying the new rig.

What's the flow like at JB these days? Is it still down, or is it back up like it was a few months ago?

I only have 6 dives in JB so far so I don't have much of a reference at all. I can say that it really wasn't much trouble swimming in to me. I took my cavern class the beginning of last month and my instructor told me that the flow was down. I haven't noticed any increase in the flow on my supsequent dives there since my class. So I would say it is still down and a very nice dive right now.

Yup....to POVERTY!

Yes, I think I started to melt my credit card a bit from all of the use it's got at Cave Adventurers lately :D.

I got some HP100's from Ed Saturday (Mo Money, Mo Money), threw my back out and didn't even get to dive them!! They are in the garage begging for me to dive them! But those HP100's sitting next to my 108s make those 100s look like pony bottles!
