I've been looking at used gear and came across this ad on a local website:
2-LP95 painted Fabers They presently have valves but I am keeping them I won't remove them until sold. They have been painted once with cold galvanize and rust has recently started so they need to be stripped and painted before hydro. Hydro ran out last year. They have at least 2 hydro stamps maybe 3. $85 ea

Not knowing anything other than about these tanks, is this a good deal?
Is it a big deal to refinish them or do you just sand and paint?
