Have you gotten a repair estimate from a local Mares dealer ? (assuming it can be repaired by Mares check and see if it would have to shipped back to Italy as Mares is an Italian company) Also bare in mind, historically at least, Mares has often been slow to fill back orders for parts, so you might have a long wait if it has to go back to Italy.
