Scuba folks,
I am in the market for a loose diamond and would appreciate some guidance in this process. I already know the basics and a little about the more in-depth stuff (ideal dimensions, using a loupe, etc), but I'm looking more for specifics in terms of where to get the best deal. I am planning a trip to 47th street in NYC as well as some other "wholesale" avenues, but I wanted to see if anyone here has some expertise I could make use of. I am more than willing to discuss reimbursement or scuba trades as well
