Thank you, I figured that was the reason for the post, but wasn't as refined on the calculations until I read your article. Very informative and well put together!
I read a few of your other articles and had experiences described in just about all of them, in particular the situation you described about diving with a buddy and leading at the front, having to look back every couple seconds, as they have the habit of stopping or turning without warning. Probably one of my biggest pet peeves on a night dive. :plain:
